Financial Literacy 101 was developed to educate adolescents and young adults on financial literacy and money management. A survey of 31 individuals aged 18–22 revealed that 87% wanted to learn more about financial terms. Based on research into key topics for this age group, I focused on four essential concepts: Roth IRAs, credit and debit cards, saving, and budgeting. The initial deliverables included posters, flyers, flashcards, and a mock board game—all packaged in a bag for schools to use as a teaching resource. To enhance this project, I developed a prototype website where the curriculum could be purchased or downloaded as a kit.
